Throughout his career, Russell has successfully balanced the demands of elite professional sports with a strong focus on business development.

His professional journey includes roles such as Sales Manager at Triple M Radio and General Manager of the prestigious Sports PR Group, Javelin Australia. Russell’s expertise spans digital sports technology, sports sponsorships, and marketing, having worked with St Kilda FC and the sports compression brand, Skins. Most recently, he concluded a nine-year tenure as Partnership Manager for Mercedes-Benz Brighton.
